Please read the following information before purchasing your membership.

During the purchase process the system will ask you for your email address and password. If the system doesn't recognize you, either because you changed your email address or because you forgot your password, contact Vin Ludwig. Your past membership information will be deleted and you will need to re-enter your personal information.

You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Although it is unlikely that you will need it to check-in at fest, please bring it with you to the fest as proof of purchase. Our records are kept electronically; we do not mail membership cards or fest tickets to members.

If you purchase multiple memberships, and forget to enter the names of the people for whom you are purchasing them into the Comments field during check-out, please contact Vin Ludwig so he can update the database. This will prevent potential problems during check-in at the fest.

You must be 21 years old on or before April 30, 2010 in order to become a member. Memberships are sold only on this website. Members must present a photo ID at Fest check-in.

Members get free entry to the Southern California Homebrewers Fest, which is a members-only event. Memberships are not sold at the fest.

Members who attend the Fest must agree to the Hold Harmless agreement, either when purchasing a membership from the website, or during Fest check-in if someone else purchased your membership for you. A link to the agreement is provided on the left side of the homepage.

CHA is allowing the 2010 SCHF to be videotaped by a third party (Brewin' with Herb). By attending the fest you are consenting to be videotaped. The taping is being done by a friend of the homebrewing community, and the CHA board has editorial control over the content that can be released in order to ensure that the fest and attendees are shown in a favorable light. Signs notifying attendees of the filming will be posted at the fest site.

Children and pets are not allowed in the fest area. There is a playground and shaded area adjacent to the fest area where children and pets are allowed.

Smoking is discouraged, but designated smoking areas will be provided.
